Nature vs Nurture is an Ontario, Canada registered business and the home of the NvsN System.
These Terms of Use apply to all websites, programs, products, services, memberships, communities, events, resources and communications operated under the Nature vs Nurture umbrella, including:

Nature vs Nurture provides educational resources, peer support, coaching, consulting, training, workshops, community spaces, courses, digital products and wellness-related information.
All content is provided for educational and informational purposes only.
Nothing contained on our websites, within our programs or through our communications constitutes medical, psychological, psychiatric, legal, financial or other regulated professional advice.

3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to purchase programs, services, memberships, coaching, consulting or digital products.
Individuals under the age of 18 may only participate with the knowledge and consent of a parent or legal guardian, where applicable.

All content made available through Nature vs Nurture is protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws.

Purchasing or accessing any program or resource grants you a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license for your personal use only.
You may not:
Reproduce or distribute materials
Share paid content with non-participants
Resell materials
Teach proprietary content as your own
Modify or create derivative works for commercial purposes
Use materials for commercial training without written permission
5. User Content
If you voluntarily submit comments, testimonials, feedback, stories, images or other content to us, you grant Nature vs Nurture permission to use, reproduce, publish, adapt and share that content for educational, promotional, community or business purposes.
We will make reasonable efforts to respect privacy requests and may anonymize content where appropriate.
You retain ownership of your original content.
6. Community Standards
Participation in any community, membership, discussion group, workshop, event or online forum must remain respectful and constructive.

7. Accounts and Membership Access

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login information and for all activities that occur under your account.
Memberships and course access are intended for the registered participant only and may not be shared, transferred or sold.
8. Payments and Purchases
By purchasing a program, service, product, membership, event ticket or resource, you agree to provide accurate payment information and authorize payment processing for applicable fees.
Prices may be changed at any time without notice.
Any payment plan commitments remain binding until completed.
Failure to complete agreed payment obligations may result in suspension of access to services until the account is brought into good standing.
9. Refund Policy
Due to the digital nature of many products and services offered, purchases are generally non-refundable unless otherwise stated at the point of purchase.
Specific programs, events, memberships or services may include separate refund terms, which will take precedence where applicable.
If a refund policy is not specifically stated, purchases shall be considered final.

Every individual, situation and outcome is different.
